What is SADRAM?

The SADRAM Architecture imposes voluntary structure on otherwise chaotic DRAM through the simplest form of organization: sorting. Rather than relying on the CPU to arrange or search data, SADRAM embeds sort logic into memory itself—automatically creating ordered structures as data is written. This concept, known as free sort, results in memory that’s instantly query-ready, reducing processing load and latency.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED

Why Sorting Matters

Sorting is fundamental. From AI models to numerical computation, data must be in order to be efficient. SADRAM embraces this reality at the hardware level—offloading the burden from the CPU and enabling:
• Faster lookups
• Improved summation accuracy
• Reduced memory footprint
• Better AI data preparation
• Lower energy consumption
